R Chem Add PYN - TS is an additive specially developed for filler master batches/compounds to reduce water carry over problem at high speed tape line at high speed operation.
R Chem Add PYN - TS offers the following advantages :
- Reduces water carry over on tape line.
- It improves homogeneous dispersion of fillers and pigments.
- It also increases the strength of the tape.
- Improves gloss and finish of the product.
Applications :
- Highly filled Talc & Calcium Carbonate based polyolefin compounds.
- Polyolefin based color masterbatches.
Use Level :
- 0.5 - 1.5% for filler based PE/PP compounds.
